When you use our form or our AI Assistant, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, business name, email, website, country, what you need and your message, or your name, email and phone in the assistant. We also keep anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, how visitors arrived and clicks on contact links) without cookies and without identifying you.

How we use it

Only to answer you, prepare your demo or proposal and offer you our service. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Services we rely on

Messages are delivered by an email service provider. Our AI Assistant uses an artificial intelligence provider to generate answers. This website and its data are stored with a hosting provider. Each of these services processes data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages only as long as needed to answer you and for our records, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by writing to info@novuxstudio.com.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
